Sioni Lake Hotel is being built with the quality of PM METAL LLC

The first 5-star hotel “Dialogue Sioni” is under construction in Daba-Tianeti, near the shore of the Sioni Reservoir.

The project will feature a 124-room hotel which is distinguished by a beautiful view of the lake and nature, villas, spa salons, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, restaurants, conference hall, sport centers, basketball arena, outdoor tennis courts, indoor and outdoor children’s play area and 360° panoramic terrace.

The construction is provided by “PM Metal” reinforcing steel that stands out with a high quality, seismic resistance and safety of buildings and structures.

Meanwhile, the mentioned project is implemented by Georgian company “Sioni Lake Resort & Spa” LLC, which, subsequently, will be led by the Wyndham International with the Wyndham Garden brand.
